LOCATION

The Triangle Acreage is located in the Black Hills between Custer, South Dakota and Newcastle, Wyoming. This unique western South Dakota setting fronts Highway 16 and backs up to National Forest. The north side joins the Highway and the south side borders Black Hills National Forest. The property is situated at the north edge of Elk Mountain.

There are approximately 32.41 acres. The acreage figures were obtained from the Custer County Assessor’s Office, the property has not been recently surveyed.
