L OCATIONThe Gladson Creek Ranch is northeast of Hulett, Wyoming about 19 miles. A private easement through property that the Seller is retaining will provide the access from the ranch to a county road. The property is about five miles from Highway 112. Other nearby communities within about a ninety minute drive of the ranch include Sundance, Wyoming; Aladdin, Wyoming; Gillette, Wyoming; Alzada, Montana; Spearfish, South Dakota; and Historic Deadwood, South Dakota. Typically the county reassesses the real estate taxes when a property is sold and may remove the property from “agricultural” classification for tax purposes.
